Mardi Gras Parade Entry Form

The Cybertown World Builder's Guild is sponsoring a Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday, March 1st 2003 (or is that 2093?). You may use this form to register your float/entry for the parade. Filling out this form correctly will help our judges to preview your work.

The deadline for submitting a float is February 15th 2003; this will give our judges two full weeks to evaluate entries and me enought time to harvest the entries and build a world to display them in.
