The applet should auto-load and auto-run, if not try clicking this link...  load scene and wait a second.

Choose background color NOTE: You must hit refresh to see the background color change.

To change background color of the Cortona Jet window click on set red background.

Navigation:

To move forward/backward drag your mouse forward or backward over the 3D window.
To roll the object drag your mouse left/right over the 3D window.
To turn the object drag your mouse over the 3D window while holding the right button.
To pan the object drag your mouse over the 3D window while holding the SHIFT key.

What did it take to get this working?

  1. Look at the instructions on the Parallelgraphics web site
  2. Click on this link to download and save the JAR file to your machine
    http://www.parallelgraphics.com/bin/g3d.jar
  3. Make a simple VRML scene (with lights)
  4. Put the following code into a HTML page and modify the it so that it points to the JAR & WRL files on your web site
  5. ftp the jar file, the HTML, and the WRL to your web site
  6. Test the results of your efforts
  7. If you need a copy of pix.gif, right click on this link and save it pix.gif It is a blank GIF used to reserve a space for the colorfillingpixel color on the bar above.

NOTE: Jet only supports a limited subset of VRML
